By participating in activities and events hosted by Harmony in Daily Happiness Foundation, Inc., attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed or recorded. Harmony in Daily Happiness Foundation, Inc., along with its staff, contractors, sponsors, officers, agents, students, interns, volunteers, board members, vendors, consultants, affiliates, and partners, reserves the right—but not the obligation—to capture images, videos, and audio for use in promotional materials, media, and event publicity.
These materials may be used across various platforms, including print, digital, social media, press, and other promotional content, in perpetuity.
